Shipping prices ONLY reflect USA & Canadian shipping.
Shipping to other countries is expensive, so please email us before you purchase

Shipping of Products

We do our best to get items shipped out to you as soon as possible. Most items
ship out the same day, some may take 1 or 2 days before shipping.
Please note that we dont guarantee that an order will ship
or arrive within a certain time frame (especially important for holidays,
birthday, etc.) Orders placed Friday after 5 pm Mountain Standard Time will be
process the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday.

Returns/Cancellations

Please email us right away if you want to cancel your order. A standard %30 restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders
We will do our best to cancel an order, but sometimes we may have shipped it already and be unable to cancel it. If
this is the case then you may ship the product back to us at your cost and pay the %30 restocking fee.

If you need to do any returns , you MUST email us first and
we will give you an address for returns. Please do not return products without
emailing us first. Doing so will cause confusion in our warehouse and you return
processing will take longer. You may only ship back via UPS
ground, Fed Ex or Canada Post (so that there is a tracking number). If you want to ship any
other method, that is certainly your priority, but we wont reimburse for
shipping and if the items cant be tracked and the package never shows up,
theres nothing we can do. You must notify us within 10 business days of
receiving a defective product.
